Breaking News: Management Buy-out of York Precision Plastics

As of the 1st of July 2007, the ownership of York Precision Plastics changed from the ASX listed entity PPK to a privately held company whose shareholders are made up of the current York Precision Plastics’ management.

This change heralds an exciting new chapter in the business of York Precision Plastics. We appreciate all the support we have received from our customers and suppliers over the years, and feel confident that these relationships will only strengthen with YPP’s new ownership.

Over the past 15 years YPP has expanded its manufacturing base to include an extensive range of industrial flat sheet. YPP is recogised as a quality supplier of clear and custom high impact acrylic; ABS, ASA, HIPS and PETG. YPP also supplies an extensive range of imported sheet.

Lighting
